Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange your piece of jewellery, you can do so within 14 days of purchase. If you wish to do this, the following are required:
- Please contact me to let me know you wish to return your piece, be it for refund or exchange
- You must return the piece to me unworn and in its original packaging
- Provide proof of receipt, order number and/or the name of buyer, if the piece was a gift
Refunds will only be issued to the payment method that was used to purchase the piece. Please allow processing time from your card provider or bank, however do contact me if more than 2 weeks have passed from time of the refund being issued by me.
Returns and exchanges are at your own expense. I would recommend that you use a tracked and secure service for this. Nadine Foran Jewellery cannot accept responsibility for your return being lost, stolen or damaged.
Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:
- A piece has been damaged for reasons not due to our error
- A piece that is returned later than 14 days from purchase
- A bespoke piece
- A personalised or customised piece (excluding alternative chain lengths)
Exchanges will only be issued for an item of equivalent original purchase price. If you wish to receive another item of lesser value, a gift card will be issued for the difference. If you wish to receive another item of greater value, you will need to pay the difference in advance of the new piece being posted to you. Shipping on exchanges is free for one exchange only.
